1. Where did the description “combative teen” originate? Was it in the official police report, or was it created out of thin air in your newsroom?
2. Who gave editorial approval to broadcast that specific label on air?
3. Available video evidence shows zero indication of Spearman being “combative.” What objective proof do you possess to support that statement?
4. If you cannot substantiate that claim with hard evidence, when is the live on-air retraction taking place?
Paragraph 5 of Dominianni’s unexecuted affidavit states he does “not insert bias, editorialization, or inflammatory language into my reporting.”
Labeling a minor “combative” without video or documentary proof isn’t reporting—it’s pure editorialization designed to justify police action before a full investigation occurs.
