We see the protected status of former MSP Detective Kris Douponce. The community is raising questions regarding a perceived lack of prosecution for former MSP Detective Kris Douponce, with some pointing to a &#8220;cover-up&#8221; involving the Calhoun County Prosecutor\u2019s Office, Battle Creek Police Department (BCPD), and the Michigan State Police (MSP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The involvement of prominent figures\u2014and comparisons made to other high-profile failures in the justice system\u2014has led to a call for public accountability. Concerned citizens are being encouraged to contact the Calhoun County Prosecutor\u2019s Office to demand transparency and ask why these cases remain stagnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If the law only applies to those without a badge, it isn\u2019t law\u2014it\u2019s a racket.
